FS#880 - field created_at in table clients 

Updated version number to 3.0.1.4 and changed sort order to domain name in the mailbox, alias and forward forms.

Fixed: Missing server.ini config entries for vlogger and jailkit
Added: Admin interface server_config for vlogger and cron

Added: interface module web traffic statistics
Fixed: mail_traffic is now reported to master server instead of local
Fixed: GRANTs for slave server database user on master database

- changed GRANTs for slave servers on multiserver setups
- added option for clients to change path of ftp users (inside webroot)
- extended software packaging system (return status of install)
- added 2 plugins for automatically create symlinks webmail and phpmyadmin on each website (not enabled by default)

Set version number to 3.0.1.3

Removed some unmaintained tables and files and introduced the pre_update.sql script for sql commands to be run before an update.

"sys_perm_all" was wrong and is obsolete - sorry.

Added new DB-Tables for domain-management and billing

Translated comments to english. german is really my strongest one. Alco cleaned it up, and made it use same style all the way.

- Updated the user and database prefixes to use this storage.
