This module tries to rescue (restart) a service if it is down...
At the moment only apache is rescued (more coming soon...)

monitor: enhanced the apache-check -> noe we also check if apache was able to send data and not only to establish a connection

monitor now uses the timestamp of the masterdb and no longer the timestamp of the individual client-server

The "old" monitoring-module and the "new" rescue-module needed some function twice. So i created a tool-object containing these functions

Added global functions library which conatins a mail functin that supports attachments and a array_merge function that merges arrays that conatain numeric keys and strings correctly.

*) Forgot to add the entries for mailman in the main.cf of postfix

Undone changes in remoteaction_core_module. It is required that every module extends the base module class to ensure that all required subfunctions are present in every module.
