- Set error reporting level in app inc.

- Added error_reporting level in app.inc.php to E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

- Added a function to the remote api to get all virtual machines of a client.

Added global functions library which conatins a mail functin that supports attachments and a array_merge function that merges arrays that conatain numeric keys and strings correctly.

Merged all language files.

Removed version number when no user is logged in. Please do not undo this. If you do not understand why something has been changed by me, please ask.

For some reason till has made the version number not to load when no user is logged in.
Due to ajax login the version number remains not loaded even after login until the whole page is reloaded.
I didn't find any comment why is this done, so I revert it.
