Check only for active records when performing a duplicate check for mailboxes / aliases / forwarders

Updated version number to 3.0.1.4 and changed sort order to domain name in the mailbox, alias and forward forms.

Improved client and reseller limit checks

Fixed: FS#778 - mailalias has priority over mailbox if they both exist. Added a error message that prevents it to add a alias or forward when a mailbox with the same email address exists.
