Fixed: FS#2499 - "FastCGI max. Requests" cannot be set to zero (0) in System -> Server Config -> FastCGI tab

  if database is created on different server than web the allowed remote ip for the database was set to the database server ip instead of the webserver ip

  the database should be created on localhost (the webserve) if it has database service enabled. fallback is the default database server of the client.
