monit

Several problems with monit installation:

1. rspam is dependent on !amavis and redis-server is dependent on mail
2. dependencies on *_rc are often not needed
3. dependencies on *_bin are sometimes missing
4. sshd should use the port provided by ssh-port as well as the "correct" keys depending on ssh-harden

I will provide a merge request to deal with these issues (and a few cosmetic changes).
