RoundCube
replaceContents creates a backup file, which is great. However if we run it on /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/roundcube.conf the backup file will be in /etc/apache2/conf-enabled while /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/roundcube.conf is a symlink of /etc/apache2/conf-available/roundcube.conf which is a symlink of /etc/roundcube/apache.conf and thus the backup should be in /etc/roundcube imho. At least I would look there for it...
Besides I think we should add DirectoryIndex index.php so that the Alias works on all domains independent of the DirectoryIndex used for that website.
The merge request modifies the filename used by replaceContents and adds DirectoryIndex index.php...
