install expected system php version
If the autoinstaller always tries to enable the expected system php version, it should also install that version even if not explicitly requested. Alternately it could simply not try to enable it if not installed, but that might lead to a broken system. Or could even allow to enable a different version, which again may or may not lead to a broken system.
