Add additional PHP versions for slave servers to the database on the master server

I don't think we can easily do this, but it'd be nice if we could let the script add the additional PHP versions when a slave server is installed. See comments on https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/ispconfig-multiserver-setup-debian-ubuntu/2/ as well
