Fixed: FS#846 - Language Editor: wrong filename shown while editing language-file outher global module 

Removed version number when no user is logged in. Please do not undo this. If you do not understand why something has been changed by me, please ask.

For some reason till has made the version number not to load when no user is logged in.
Due to ajax login the version number remains not loaded even after login until the whole page is reloaded.
I didn't find any comment why is this done, so I revert it.

Translation folow Fixed: FS#822 -for Main tabs at top not applying translations. Now login page and main tabs translations works. regards till.

Added powerdns plugin. The plugin is disabled by default and can be by creating a symlink in the plugins-enabled directory.

Back to original content of 710 revision. Use phpmyadmin at the same host of ispconfig can be compromise server if have any bugs on phpmyadmin. Reported by till on forum.

Fixed: FS#839 - Webalizer stats are missing since cron_daily.php script does not look for .gz compressed files.

Fixed url redirect for phpmyadmin if you use another port as not a standards ports. I tested on my production environment. If database is on another server i presume all of panels is on same port. If not need put a field called port on server table, or another way to solve it.

Updated index user_standard_index.html_br and standard_index.html_br or brazilian portuguese language.
