Addes some missing translations

This option can be enabled under System > Server config and is named "Web folder protection".

- Random password length: by default, generated passwords will have a length between 10 and 15 characters (instead of a fixed length of 10 characters).

- Introduced subsections for forms. With subsections, you can split up large forms. Subsections can be slid into/out of view.

removed Forname and lastanme from sys_users list, added active and client_id -> grate to get relatons if you wanna deactivate a user

- Improved support for multiple PHP versions. Additional PHP versions have now their own form and database table.

- Added "actions" framework in server to replace the functions provided by the core modules
- Moved system update function from remoteactins core module to software update plugin.

- Added SNI config field in sysetm > server config > web.

- Removed ufw firewall tab.
