Fixed: FS#846 - Language Editor: wrong filename shown while editing language-file outher global module 

Removed version number when no user is logged in. Please do not undo this. If you do not understand why something has been changed by me, please ask.

For some reason till has made the version number not to load when no user is logged in.
Due to ajax login the version number remains not loaded even after login until the whole page is reloaded.
I didn't find any comment why is this done, so I revert it.

Translation folow Fixed: FS#822 -for Main tabs at top not applying translations. Now login page and main tabs translations works. regards till.

Added powerdns plugin. The plugin is disabled by default and can be by creating a symlink in the plugins-enabled directory.
