Fixed the user count in the monitor
The monitor now monitors the rkhunter - log too
The monitor now deletes the old data AFTER writing the new one, so there are always data in the db

Fixed a bug in ssh user plugin which resulted in a change of the shell to /bin/bash when a user was updated even when jailkit was enabled.

Had some problems with SSI, so i also changed the Options-Part

It is now possible to add "navigation-text" without links (actions) to the left navigations-side of the template (needed by the monitor module to add the server-dropdown)

The mail box quota wasn't being run on mailbox creation. I had previously only fixed it when the mailbox is changed.

They both work fine now.

This is suppose to fix the bug where maildrop and maildirmake doesn't rebuild the /maildirsize file. 

Added new table monitor_data for the core-module monitor.

- updated the debian installation instructions

- Fixed a few bugs in suphp implementation.

- Website symlinks in wrong client directory created.
- Standard indes page gets replaced when a alias domain is added.
