- Remove of the file how not exists in master language

Fixed a bug in ssh user plugin which resulted in a change of the shell to /bin/bash when a user was updated even when jailkit was enabled.

Data records are now assigned to the correct client group if they were created by the administrator.

make sure the symlink with the old name "ispconfig.vhost" is removed before the new one with the name 000-ispconfig.vhost is created.
