with a long list of websites, mailboxes and databases on the dashboard it really gets confusing for admins but also power users as the data is not listed and mainly appears in the order as it is seen in the ISPConfig database tables.
We looked into it in version 3.1.5 applied a simple patch/change. Out of this we created a patch file and would like to request to add this to ISPConfig future releases.

I recently needed to change IP adresses of some of my servers.
When changing IP in System Tab (Server IPs) I am required to edit every single Website and save it once to get the new IP written into the apache config. Even a Resync does not help here.
I know this from another tool but can't remember which it was. There is a form to rewrite IPs in all configs.
This includes Websites, DNS, etc - Simply replaces every single occurance of the "old" ip everywhere with the new one.
**BUT** It should be user selectable which parts to rewrite. One might want to change website configs but leave DNS as it is.
To be fair... For now a tool to bulk-update websites would be enoughhttps://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4668IP "Masquerading" for Firewall-Setups2020-06-07T16:27:42ZAlex von FiresplashIP "Masquerading" for Firewall-SetupsHi!

This is a feature-request:
I would like to have an option to set a specific display-IP for every Server-IP.
I mean in some setups a Server could have IPs from private segments but be publicly reachable.
For example Server A has IP 192.168.123.10 Server B has 192.168.123.11 and so on but they are reachable from public under 12.34.56.78 and 12.34.56.79 as there is a firewall between which does 1:1 NATting.
In such a case I would like my customer to see the public IP 12.34.56.78 but apache to run the website on 192.168.123.10.https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4666Enhancing rkhunter and os updates2020-05-25T12:26:11ZSebastianEnhancing rkhunter and os updatesHey, this is a feature request, not a bugreport.

While ispconfig can show the log of rkhunter, it cannot reconfigure it. It would be nice to be able to set the email-on-warning using ispconfig.
Additionally and my main target of this request, current ispconfig OS update menu does not respect any rkhunter installations.
It would be nice if you could put some checkbox in to care for rkhunter before and after running OS updates by ispconfig. Something like, run "rkhunter --check" before updating and in case of warnings do not update but tell about the reason, but without warnings, update and run rkhunter --propupd afterwards to update to latest checksums.https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4664Move to junk shall be last in dovecot .sieve recipe2020-07-27T10:05:07ZIspcommMove to junk shall be last in dovecot .sieve recipeThe "Move to Junk" setting in mailbox settings creates a .sieve recipe at the beginning of the mail. This prevents user to add exception rules for whitelisting recipients or doing any other filter work, because filters are inserted after the Move to Junk rule.
It would probable be preferable to have the Move to Junk last in the .sieve so that the user can insert other rules that will modify the move-to-junk default.
There's a thread related to this issue here: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/spamfilter-per-user-whitelist.76421/
This is an example of the currently created .sieve which illustrates the problem:
require ["fileinto", "regex", "vacation"];
if header :contains "X-Spam-Flag" "YES" {
fileinto "Junk";
stop;
}
if header :regex ["from"] ["^whitelisted@sender\.org$"] {
fileinto "INBOX";
stop;
}
