In ISPConfig Mail is set to no.
When I start the updater and say reconfigure services -> yes it detects postfix and reconfigures this even though it is set to no in server config.
In my opinion the already configured "no" shoud override automatic detection. And if you do not want that please consider asking if the user really wants this as detection differs from database settings.3.1https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4181Allow specifying path to SSL certificate files in web interface2018-12-15T18:14:23ZMarc SchützAllow specifying path to SSL certificate files in web interfaceI've setup [letsencrypt.sh](https://github.com/lukas2511/letsencrypt.sh) to request and refresh certificates automatically. Now it seems there is no way to a) enable SSL for a website without generating a dummy certificate in the web interface, and b) insert the appropriate `SSLCertificateFile`, `SSLCertificateKeyFile` and `SSLCertificateChainFile` directives into the apache config (or make the existing ones link to the right files). I'm aware that I could replace the symlinks manually, but this is very fragile.
So, I suggest to add fields for the above-mentioned directives in the SSL tab. If these are filled in (and SSL is enabled in the Domain tab), ISPConfig should created an SSL VirtualHost for the website and insert the directives.
This is not only useful for letsencrypt, but also if someone wants to manage certificates by other means.https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4218clients:domains wrong client name2018-12-15T18:14:20ZLubosclients:domains wrong client nameThe list of domains in the section Client : Domains as the client displays the username instead of the name of the client (Clientname)The list of domains in the section Client : Domains as the client displays the username instead of the name of the client (Clientname)3.1https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4242Add secondary DNS api functions2018-12-15T18:14:17ZTill BrehmAdd secondary DNS api functionshttps://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/create-delete-secondary-dns-with-remote-api.74136/https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/create-delete-secondary-dns-with-remote-api.74136/3.1.1https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4357Feature request - Add last login ip and date in control panel2018-12-15T18:14:13ZChris KesslerFeature request - Add last login ip and date in control panelI noticed that ispconfig does not show to the user (or admin) the last login ip or date. `DKIM is not allowed. Use the DKIM button`
But I can't use DKIM button when I don't have mail support in ispconfig (mail is hosted in some other place).
There should be done one of two things:
1. allow adding DKIM record with TXT type - simply remove in file `interface/web/dns/form/dns_txt.tform.php ` validator number 1 (lines 113-117) for field "data"
2. allow insert DKIM entries in DKIM button. Right now you can here only fetch data from mail section.https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4821OpenDKIM DNS entries2018-12-12T17:36:53ZNinosOpenDKIM DNS entriesTo increase usability of opendkim, it would be nice, if the DNS entries are set automatically. For me someday a cronjob has died and ever since it hadn't started those tasks like backup, dns changes etc.:
```
-rwxr-x--- 1 root root 5 Sep 15 03:00 /usr/local/ispconfig/server/temp/.ispconfig_cron_lock
We could have a cooldown that would delete this file after a few hours/days just in case or at least have the monitor page alert admins/users that the system maintenance tasks have not been run in a while.3.1.14https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/4058allow website for subdomain with domain control2018-11-27T17:17:37ZJesse Norellallow website for subdomain with domain controlfeature request: using domain control, when a client has been granted control of a domain they should be allowed to create a website which is a subdomain of the domain they control. For Debian it is as simple as setting VIRTUALCHROOT=true in /etc/default/pure-ftpd-common, as the package comes compiled --with-virtualchroot. I am not sure about other OS's.
If anyone is compiling from source, they will need to make sure to compile --with-virtualchroot, this should maybe be placed in documentation.
Or when updating system, when you have lot of cusom changes to ISPC, you don't want the users see the system in proces of modifying, etc.....
It would be great to have ability switch ISPC to maintenance mode. Which means:
- only ISPC administrator(s) are able to login
- on ISPC homepage will be notice like "Sorry, the system is in maintenance mode, you cannot log in. It seems this was done in the past (https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/issues/1513), and the flags are still defined as a setting, but not used in the connection (which will require a switch to mysqli_real_connect()), I'd guess a regression from switching to mysqli_*() functions.
