make zone changes using the dns update mechanism

It would be nice if ispconfig had an option of sending dns update packets to a dns server if a zone change occurs. This way ispconfig would be independet of the used dns server as long as it supports the dns update mechanism. Even existing windows servers could the be used as dns servers for ispconfig and mydns could send dns notifies to its slave server (which can be bind dns servers) during runtime.

Right now it is not possible to have bind slave servers as mydns cannot send notifies of zone changes as it is not informed of any changes.
