edit ftp/ssh user: mangled usernames with duplicate prefix

When editing an ftp or ssh user, if the user has the client's name/id in its string, the string is mangled when displaying it to the user. For example, suppose we have a client with the name "c1" who then creates an ssh/ftp user with the name "c1c1". It then becomes impossible to edit this user.

Resolution: replace only the first occurrence of the client's prefix. I'm not familiar with FLYSPRAY; hopefully it will let me attach the patch on the next screen...
