quota mount options on the Debian 6
Settings presented in "INSTALL_DEBIAN_6.0_*": /dev/sda1 / ext3 errors=remount-ro,usrquota,grpquota 0 1
If you are use mount option mentioned above, occur this error:
root@sweet1:~# quotacheck -avugm quotacheck: Cannot guess format from filename on /dev/disk/by-uuid/d1791504-0966-4b69-93b4-e8de64393acc. Please specify format on commandline. quotacheck: Cannot find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.
root@sweet1:~# quotacheck -avugm -F vfsv0 quotacheck: Your kernel probably supports journaled quota but you are not using it. Consider switching to journaled quota to avoid running quotacheck after an unclean shutdown. quotacheck: WARNING - Quotafile //aquota.user was probably truncated. Cannot save quota settings... quotacheck: WARNING - Quotafile //aquota.group was probably truncated. Cannot save quota settings...
I recommend following options:
< /dev/sda1 / ext3 errors=remount-ro,usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group,jqfmt=vfsv0 0 1
