Database name has to be escaped in user rights

Hey,

I added a '' into the database prefix --> c[CLIENTID]

The database was successfully created but the name has to be escaped when adding database specific user rights, like phpMyAdmin does. (e.g. 'c1_database') Otherwise the user is able to create new databases out of phpMyAdmin.
