Resellers cannot add slave DNS zones

When attempting to add a slave DNS zone I receive the error "The max. number of Secondary DNS zones for your account is reached." however the limits listed for the reseller show unlimited slave zones available:

"Number of DNS slave zones 0 of Unlimited"

This works as the admin user however.
