Disable or enhance other_vhosts_access.log

I had to comment CustomLog line on the /etc/apache2/conf.d/other-vhosts-access-log file because the /var/log/apache2/other_vhosts_access.log file increased dramatically...

Could you think it possible to fix the feature ?
