Postfix HELO_Restrictions

For fighting against SPAM with Postfix helo_restrictions it would be nice to have a Input-Field.

The Option "check_helo_access hash:/etc/postfix/helo_access" in smtpd_helo_restrictions must not be databaseintegrated.
