Redirect HTTP to HTTPS

It would be nice to have a dropdown/checkbox in the "Redirect" tab of a website to enable or disable a permanent HTTP->HTTPS redirect (Similar to the already available SEO redirect).

Getting this behavior via manual nginx/apache directives isn't very comfortable as it's a frequently used setting. Also for nginx I don't know a safe setting without "if" to archive this behavior (see #1550 (closed) too)
