Don't attach target server IP to remote IPs list in database settings.

Hi,

I created database with fields:

Server: db..cz Site: .com Type: MySQL Database name: es_ Database user: c1_ Read-only database user: -blank- Database charset: UTF-8 Remote Access: checked (true) Remote Access IPs (separate by , and leave blank for any): -blank- Active: checked (true)

And after save, the field "Remote Access IPs (separate by , and leave blank for any)" contains IP address of server where is created site *****.com. Why? We need to have access from any IP (%).
