Login/Logout Button string capitalized or not

Hi,

I work on a french translation and i have a little "frenchy" problem…

In french, some word are accented, like Logout => Se déconnecter.

In the button, on the uper right corner, the string are forced to capital but not for all accented letters like "é", result : SE DéCONNECTER

The problem are the string are not capitalized by css rules (and no relation with the font family), but by the ispcongig internal function who return a capitalized string…

I hope my funny and frenchy explanations are suffisant… :/
