Clients cannot decrease website quota if all of it was allocated but not used up
When a client has all its available limit allocated for his website(s) but it's not used up by real content, so there is real space available, it's impossible to set a lower quota to the website. The quota change fails with the following message: "1. Max. available Harddisk Quota: 0 MB" The admin code appears to ignore the fact that the current site contributes to the total and tries to count the entered value as an addition, not as a change that can lead to free available space.
