Edit domain: untranslated strings such as "The Server can not be changed."

In the file interface/web/sites/web_vhost_domain_edit.php, a couple of error messages have not been translated so far such as "The server can not be changed.".

Sorry, fix in !527 (merged) was loading translation labels from the wrong file (global translation file instead of the module-specific one). Fix provided in !528 (merged), sorry for the inconvenience.
