Permission on ftp_traffic table after update to 3.1.2

Hello,

After update to ISPConfig 3.1.2 our web server can't update the ftp_traffic table. The ispcsvrXX user don't keep his permissions.

We follow the upgrade guide:

• On master server : Reconfigure Permissions in master database? (yes,no) [no]: NO
• On slave server : Reconfigure Permissions in master database? (yes,no) [no]: YES

We already fix it here... but this is missing in the new release! #4266 (closed)
