Email usage quota not max quota

It wouild be nice if the quota calculation for a customer will calculate by actual usages and not max set.

example: limit_mailquota 100 MB on all mailboxes actual in use: 1 mailbox = 10 MB 2 mailbox = 5 MB 3 mailbox = 10 MB

The question is whether we can do that in the dashboard display data: Mail Quota allocated to all accounts 100 MB assigned 25 MB free quota of 75 MB And only blocks incomming email if the max quota of the mailbox or customer is reached. In a controlpanel i used in the past this was the default.

question 2 Is it possible to display the data: assigned mail quota of 100 MB used quota (actually used in place of sliding all the mailboxes).
