update vhost ssl parameters

It would be good to periodically update the vhost template file as well as the ispconfig and apps vhost config according to settings at https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/. Possibly would need some if/else type blocks for config pieces if multiple versions of apache/nginx are supported.

For that matter, recommended ssl settings for other services (postfix, dovecot, mysql) can be generated there as well.
