mysql-verify_recipients.cf owner/permissions

I updated a machine to git-stable this morning and found /etc/postfix/mysql-verify_recipients.cf was created with owner root:root and perm 600 - that needs to be root:postfix and 640.

Maybe this is just me? I compared with mysql-virtual_alias_domains.cf which was correct, and don't see any differences in how the file is handled. Someone else should check though and confirm.
