Show a warning on the SSL tab that the options don't affect LE certs if Let's Encrypt is enabled.

The related commit to #3755 (closed) says it implemented this but didn't. Maybe missed adding a change? @pixcept

Hm. Good question. If I see it right, the SSL tab is hidden for clients only (not admin) and only if limit_letsencrypt is set to y for that client.

I think I now remember testing an improvement to this but failed.

I guess you are right that this could be fixed or improved but not to hide that options or tab.

The reason is to support LE SSL certs using dns challenge which will require entering some code from dns server.

As discussed in the forum, the SSL should be modified to support the above where, if I remember correctly, the dropdown menu will list the option between SSL and LE SSL.
