Show DNS config errors on records tab

Errors should be shown on the records tab as this is now the main tab that opens, and users should see errors immediately.

(These errors only show up when there is a error in the zone file and changes to it were reverted. This doesn't happen very often because ISPConfig has several checks in place to prevent adding a broken record, but if it happens, users should know this asap)
