Jailkit init template have syntax errors

short description

There are errors when using Jailkit chroot app section coreutils. In template file install/tpl/jk_init.ini.master are some syntax errors.

environment

Server OS: debian buster
ISPConfig version: 3.2

proposed fix

Delete +-sign before comment jk_init.ini.master#L152 and line 153
Delete [ in [coreutils] paths line jk_init.ini.master#L157
