some rspamd templates not using conf-custom versions

Some rspamd templates are only read from the install/tpl/ or server/conf/ and not server/conf-custom/install/.

A quick search shows these to be:

rspamd_worker-controller.inc.master
rspamd_dkim_signing.conf.master
rspamd_options.inc.master
rspamd_redis.conf.master
rspamd_classifier-bayes.conf.master
