changing owner website from reseller to client gives site on 2 places

When i cange a website owner from a reseller to a new client the website is visable to the new client, but also stays in the reseller controlpanel.

When looking in the database i see that sys_userid is not changed to the new client When i change sys_userid one number higher then sys_groupid everything is fine again.
