Sorting "Additional PHP Versions" by "Usage Count" is broken.

ISPConfig version: 3.2.9

Sorting by "usage count" in the "additional php versions" menu yields an empty list.
Furthermore the "sorting arrows" are represented as unicode numbers when sorting, instead of the actual symbol. Changing the configured symbols in ispconfig.css (1F86B, 1F869) to symbols of the same unicode block as "⇅" (e.g. 21CA, 21C8) works as expected.
