Silence z_php_fpm_incron_reload_plugin when no php version is set

I noticed that the z_php_fpm_incron_reload_plugin code relies on $data['server_php_id'] being set.

When updating a site without php (or an alias) ... I see WARNING - Init script /etc/init.d for not found in the log where the double space hints at a missing value.
