Cleanup bouncing space in postfix config

I noticed a few times in the git diff from etckeeper that a space in the main.cf file gets removed on an ISPConfig update, and re-appears after a config change in the panel.

I saw it for smtpd_helo_restrictions, but in the code I found two other examples where this happens.
