phpmyadmin broken after upgrade to 3.0.1.6

In SVN 1429 the following is added to apache_ispconfig.conf.master:

•   AllowOverride None

•   Order Deny,Allow

•   Deny from all

+

This breaks phpmyadmin, PMA gives a 403 forbidden. Also some other sites of clients stopped working.
