Allow "\" in the SOA E-Mail field of the DNS Zone-Editor
If user puts his email address as surname.givenname@domain.tld, ispconfig writes surname.givenname.domain.tld into the bind zone. Then, when the domain goes through a check, the adress is parsed as surname@givenname.domain.tld.
A Solution would be to allow backslashes in the local part of the e-mail like "surname.givenname@domain.tld" as described in RFC 1035 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1035#section-8).
