Several issues with Support area
Overall problems: There is no way of deactivating the support messages at all (without the FAQ part). And the messages can not be HTML style (e.g. for "please visit our solution/faq/whatever page, click here to get there")... or any style I can't even insert blank lines.
Client views problem:
- I create a support message

- when saving, I get no hint what will happen next (like: we will contact you via mail/phone/not at all/whatever)

- I cannot see what I wrote to the admin

- "View messages" only displays the admins answer, which is ONLY "Re: topic" - but I have no idea of my original text as it's not included in the answer
Admin views problem: The admin does not get any hint that there are support messages, does he? Maybe I just missed to set an email address somewhere to get support messages as a mail..? Nevertheless, when logging in as admin, there is no popup "You have new messages" or something. I have to check the messages manually.
