Shell-User readonly Password field

in recent 3.1 stable: When creating a Shell-User, the Password field is not readonly at first, you can edit both the Password and Repeat Password. After hitting Generate Password, the Password field is set readonly, but Repeat Password is not.

I'm not sure if both should be readonly or neither, but something seems confusing / feels like a bug.
