rfe: SSL checkbox to select list

Instead of having a checkbox for SSL and another for Let's Encrypt, change to a select list for SSL with 3 options of something like 'No SSL Certificate', 'Manual SSL Certificate' and 'Auto Let'sEncrypt Certificate'. And maybe hide the 'SSL' tab completely if anything but 'Manual SSL Certificate' is selected.
