Change password of existing database user not pushed to database server

short description

When creating a database user it is only stored in the ISPConfig database and that's fine. Then we create a database and both are pushed to the server. Now I go back to the user and change it's password. The password is not pushed to the database server right away, but only after I save the database.

correct behaviour

Change the password immediately on the database server!

environment

Server OS: Debian
Server OS version: Stretch
ISPConfig version: 3.1.6
