rkrunter takes a long time to run, causing a backlog of server.php cronjobs
With /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.sh being launched every minute from root's crontab, a backlog develops.
2x possible causes for the backlog are: rkhunter which takes a while to run and also adding shell users with jailkit is a slow task.
Having /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.php give up waiting after 1200 seconds does not seem safe, because why wait 1200 seconds if the script will continue on regardless anyway? I personally think it should just exit after say 120 seconds waiting, or go back to the old ispconfig2 way of doing things.
