Set the user-rights for this table in the installer

- Added a robots.txt file in the root directory of the ispconfig interface to prevent it from being spidered by search engine robots that follow the robots excusion standard.
- Fixed a error message in the installer.

Impoved the software update function to enable the installation of apps like phpmyadmin into the apps vhost.

Added a filesize check for existing_db.sql in updater to stop update process if the expoerted database dump is smaller then about 60 KB.

Replaced --all with --create-options in the mysqldump statement as --all is deprecated and may lead to an error message in the sql dump.
