- Added options to use a mounted backup directory. This allows for remote backups, e.g. vis sshfs to a backup server. The backup script checks if the backup directory is mounted, and if not, tries to mount it.

- nginx: added {DOCROOT} and {FASTCGIPASS} placeholders to directive snippets and nginx Directives fields.

Fixed output of action name in debug mode (registerAction)

Revision 4063 changed the command of apt-get dist-upgrade, so it is no longer neccessary to call as it is the same one that is already executed before and we can reuse the output.

Reverted SVN trunk back to revision 3938 to remove changes in default theme an a replacement of the ispconfig logo.

- Added backup size to web backups

 - added configuration options to server config (web tab, php section)
 - do not update custom php.inis if md5sum file does not exist

- Fixed FS#2441 - FastCgiExternalServer: redefinition of previously defined class "/usr/lib/cgi-bin/php5-fcgi".
