Fix: FS#866 - bad handling of environment variables with jailkit ssh users in server/conf/bash.bashrc.master

Fixed: FS#913 - Adding a new database user and table through the webgui and leaving the allowed IP fields empty for 

br_server_ip.lng and br_dns_srv.lng

Fixed bug in string interface/web/admin/lib/lang/*_serverip_.lng should be ip_error_wrong or ip_error_unique.

FS#880 - field created_at in table clients 

Check if the mysql_connect function exists in the installer.

Improved regex for module and filename check in content.php and changed relative path to absolute path in include statement. Many thanks to Mirko for finding this.
